Non-governmental organizations in order to remove these impacts during project period using existing policies, complaint and accountability mechanisms of IFIs may have different activites. In this manual is given brief information about opportunities of activities of NGO for reducing project impacts in different stages of project period, methodology for conduction of project monitoring, IFI and their policies. The manual may be useful for NGOs conducting the monitoring of activities of IFI and following their activity, and people affected by projects.
