This
report was developed based on the result of the monitoring conducted within
the frame of the project “Enhancement of transparency and study of the
fulfillment level of the commitments reflected in National Action Plan and
evaluation of the conformity of these commitments with the principles
reflected in National Strategy” assisted by Black Sea Trust(B/S/T)
The monitoring was conducted by the experienced and skilled experts.
The project objective is evaluate the level of implementation of the action plan and to ensure transparent and open activity of the responsible bodies establishing public control over the implementation of the Action Plan. The project was started in December 1,2009 and completed in December 1,2010. the following issues were paid attention and assessed by the working group during the monitoring process|:
1. Amendments made in legislation regarding corruption and the evaluation of the influence of these amendments on the fulfillment of these commitments
2. Evaluation of public awareness on the commitments of Strategy and Action Plan
3. Definition the level of public participation in the implementation of the strategy
4. Provision of recommendations for to increase the efficiency in the fulfillment of the commitments of the Strategy and Action Plan
